Mrs. Blackwood Presents

The sound of the typewriter echoes throughout the room as the diabolically energetic old lady captures her new ideas on paper: librarians in love, Thessalian poisoners, mysterious letters, old debts, hidden passages, family secrets, last dances, the forgotten era of disco and newly discovered fossils, the blizzard of the century, passion, envy, and tragic accidents. She is on the verge of becoming the most renowned crime writer. However, why do all the publishing houses she sends her manuscripts to end up going bankrupt, and her editors disappear in mysterious circumstances?

Mrs. Blackwood Presents is an anthology of four Brindlewood Bay mysteries inspired by the seasons, small-town tales, and the oddities hidden just around the corner.

Primal Instinct (Complexity: 6) - At the beginning of spring, the remains of a new dinosaur species are discovered in the depths near Brindlewood Bay, but the find is overshadowed by tragedy.

◊ Dreams Die Last (Complexity: 7/8) – In a run-down hotel, amidst lost hopes and shattered hearts, a deceased actress's final wish is to solve her death's mystery.

◊ Saturday Night Murder (Complexity: 6) - This autumn, two former lovers come together to start a dance school, but the joyful rhythms of tango and disco are abruptly interrupted by a terrifying occurrence

◊ And Then There Was A Storm (Complexity: 7) - The blizzard of the century traps a group of feuding Brindlewood Bay residents in the town library with a murderer.

The mysteries also include new crowns and some unique moves.

This mysteries are not associated with Jason Cordova or Gauntlet Publishing.
